Well-maintained and absolutely fantastic hotel with a nice interior. Attentive, very friendly people working here. Elegant building and rooms with a pleasant terrace looking into the park. Location very close to Nells Park for two nights, public transport and the Porta Nigra. Easy check in and a good service throughout my stay. Easy parking on the streets. What a REALLY NICE stay, nothing to complain about.

The rooms at Nells Park Hotel are simply amazing! I felt like I was in my own little oasis with a beautiful balcony overlooking the park. The cozy ambiance and comfortable bed made me feel right at home. Plus, having satellite TV and free WiFi was an added bonus for someone like me who loves to relax and stay connected.

Honestly, I couldn't find any faults with the rooms at Nells Park Hotel. Though, some might not enjoy having satellite TV.

Apart from the Christmas menu misery, I enjoyed my stay very much, everything was arranged with attention to detail, dogs seemed to be very welcome and except for one lady in the restaurant (with glasses) everybody was really friendly! Breakfast really fulfilled all wishes :)

We spent Christmas at the hotel and I wanted to find out whether the hotel restaurant served á la carte or was open on Christmas Eve. I was very kindly replied that we had a 3-course-menu included in the Christmas package, a thing that I surprisingly denied. The waiter asked me to wait in order to ask at the reception and afterwards confirmed that the menue was included. At the departure, the menue appeared with 94€ on the bill, a thing that made me ask irritatedly - I got the answer that of course I had to pay for the service provided. It wasn't my intention not to pay for something I ordered - but I simply hadn't ordered anything and therefore I feel 94€ is a lot, because I even asked explicitly and obviously got a wrong information. It's a pity that it went like this :(

All in all the stay for one night in the hotel was very nice. The staff is very friendly and the services (breakfast, parking place right in front of the hotel, sauna offer) were also according to the described offers on the homepage. The right adjoining Nells Park that gives the name to the hotel invites to some nice walks, also in the winter time. Also excursions to the nearby vineyards can be made.

The room and the bathroom were quite small. With the twisted slope on the third floor, the room seemed even smaller. In the bathroom the door of the shower was a bit of handicraft work, because both glass doors had to be leaned against each other, which didn't hold that tight. As the hotel is located a little outside of the beautiful city centre of Trier, there is hardly any change, except walks and the in-house wellness offer. Also dining outside the hotel is practically only possible in a restaurant, as the hotel is located in an industrial area.

Well, this place is amazing! It's super clean, and the folks at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to assist you. 🌟.

I believed hotel in it's own private park by the initial picture on advertisement, but I was wrong, one side(picture side ) is public park whilst other has car parking and busy road.
